Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Prompt Doom mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using Prompt Doom, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Using Prompt Doom

Prompt Doom helps users discover AI-generated images, view and copy associated prompts, save favourites, maintain prompt-view history, share content, and report content. Prompt Doom displays existing content and does not itself generate images in the mobile app.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
• You may use email and password or an available third-party sign-in method such as Google Sign-In.
• We may restrict or suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, security attacks, or material violations of these terms.

Content and intellectual property

Images, prompts, names, trademarks, and other materials may be owned by Prompt Doom, content creators, licensors, or other rights holders. Access through the app does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use content beyond applicable law and any licence displayed with that content.

You are responsible for determining whether your copying, sharing, adaptation, publication, or commercial use of a prompt or image is permitted. Do not remove ownership notices or use content in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Prompt Doom for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, ad eligibility, subscription checks, rate limits, or other service protections.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service except where expressly permitted by law.
• Submit false or malicious reports, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another user's account.
• Redistribute content unlawfully or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Reports and moderation

You may report content for reasons such as sexual, violent, hateful, misleading, or copyright-related material. Reports must be made honestly. We may review, restrict, or remove content and accounts, but we do not guarantee that every report will result in action.

Advertising

The free service may display advertisements. Ad frequency and eligibility may vary. An active ad-free subscription removes Prompt Doom ad placements for the applicable entitlement period but does not change third-party content or services outside Prompt Doom.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

• Available plans, prices, billing periods, benefits, and currencies are shown before checkout and may vary over time.
• Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically until cancelled, as disclosed during checkout.
• Payment processing is provided by Razorpay or another displayed payment provider under that provider's terms.
• You may cancel auto-renewal through Prompt Doom's subscription controls or the applicable provider. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle and ad-free access continues until then.
• Deleting your Prompt Doom account does not itself guarantee cancellation of a provider-managed recurring payment. Cancel renewal before deleting the account.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after a paid period begins except where required by applicable law or expressly approved under the payment provider's rules. Duplicate, unauthorised, failed, or otherwise disputed charges may be reviewed using the transaction and account records available to Prompt Doom and the payment provider.

Third-party services

Prompt Doom relies on third-party services including Google Sign-In, Google Mobile Ads, payment processing, hosting, and device sharing features. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Service availability and changes

We may update, add, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve the service, or address operational needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that all content will remain available, or that every prompt or image will be accurate, suitable, lawful, or free of third-party claims.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Prompt Doom is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing content and prompts before relying on or publishing them. To the extent permitted by law, Prompt Doom and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, third-party services, user misuse, or unavailable content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account and data deletion

You may request account deletion or deletion of eligible associated data through the privacy centre. Ownership verification and the stated processing period apply. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payments, disputes, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, business practices, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
