Delete your Prompt Doom account

Request deletion of your Prompt Doom account

Enter the email address used in the Prompt Doom mobile app. We will use it only to locate the account, verify ownership, and process this request.

How account deletion works

1. Submit the form using the email address connected to your Prompt Doom account.
2. Complete the ownership-verification step sent to that email address.
3. After verification, the account is placed into deletion processing, access is disabled, and active sessions are revoked.
4. The account and associated personal data are deleted or anonymised, subject to the limited retention described below.

• Profile information and Google account linkage.
• Favourites and prompt-view history.
• Account-associated usage information and content reports where removal does not compromise platform safety.

Data that may be retained

Prompt Doom may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, abuse, security, dispute, tax, accounting, or legal-compliance records for as long as required for those purposes. Retained information is restricted and is not used to keep the deleted account active.

Subscriptions

Deleting a Prompt Doom account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription in the provider account to prevent future renewal.
